ISO 9001 certified custom manufacturer of bridges for railroad signals. Structure is all welded construction from 6061-T6 aluminum. Structure meets AAR, AREMA & AASHTO specifications. Non-slip slotted walkway grating is 1 in. thick I Bar grating x 3 in. wide sections. Handrail is 44 in. high with two intermediate bars & a 3/8 in. x 6 in. kick plate at bottom. Base plates are 1-1/2 in. thick and are welded to the mast. Base plates have slotted holes for easy mounting on 1-1/2 in. anchor bolts at 19 in. x 19 in. spacing. Two per mast, four per bridge. Main mast upright members are 10 in. schedule 40 aluminum pipe.Colorlight & mast assemblies can be provided as necessary. A safety cage & ladder are provided and include a guard to discourage unauthorized access. 20 in. x 26 in. external junction box is provided with 96 AAR terminals. Pinnacles are provided. Wiring Harnesses can be provided upon request. Bridge length can vary. Standard track clearance is 28 ft. - 0 in.
