Low, medium and high density tooling and fixtures are available including bushing, gears & cams. Materials handled include iron, nickel, copper, steels, pre-alloyed steels, brass and bronze. Job shop capabilities include compact pressing up to 200 tons, coining up to 600 tons, assembly pressings up to 8 tons and sintering up to 200 degrees F. Secondary services include black oxide annealing, heat treating & plating, drilling, tapping, milling, machining, tumbling, deburring, copper infiltration, burnishing, brazing and soldering.
