Cube is also an environmentally sustainable option to rigid packaging such as tighthead pails with reduced plastic content, shipping, storage, & disposal features. Meets special application demands including built-in handles, dispensing tubes, special colors, or custom configurations to work in conjunction with machinery or rack dispensing systems. The combination package is the combination of two base components, a cube insert placed inside a corrugated overpack. The cube insert is a blend of linear low & low density polyethylene manufactured in the form of a cube-shaped liner & typically designed to accommodate the fitment of a 38mm, 63mm, or flex spout opening. The natural color insert is designed to collapse as product is dispensed. The cube insert may also be used for other applications such as a stand-alone product package or water sampling & storage container to supply relief during natural & man-made disasters. Non-glug design accommodates product flows from the cube in a continuous, uninterrupted stream. The tight head pail is a cylindrical or rectangular, self-supporting, 3 through 6-gallon plastic container equipped with a swing handle on the top face & meets UN packaging type 1H1 & 3H1 UN requirements. The bottle products are natural color & typically used in conjunction with a corrugated overpack, but available with or without carton. Standard container sizes range from 1 gallon through 30 liters with a range of closure & color options, constructed of high molecular weight, high density polyethylene, & designed for shipment, storage, & dispense of liquid products. Container has a patented total emptying design & is an alternative to rigid package designs that trap contents, sometimes hazardous, inside the container. Some are flame-treated for ease of decoration with silk screening, labels, or decorated sleeves, 20 & 30 liter sizes, pallet efficient rectangular shape, with a head section designed to feature maximum contact surface.
