Aluminum extrusions are available in a variety of shapes including rod, bar, channel, angle, rectangular and square tubing, tube, pipe, tee, I-beam, H-beam and zee extrusions. Capabilities include anodizing, coating, machining and fabrication, welding and assembly for aluminum profiles. Aluminum profiles for window frames and insulating strips with thermal barrier properties are also available. Aluminum railing systems constructed of 6000 series aluminum for residential markets as well as ornamental fencing with closed top rail, punched finial and ornamental finial, column covers, sunshades, sunscreens and ornamental structures are also available. Capabilities also include CNC machining, CAD/CAM designing, cutting, bending, hydroforming, melt welding, friction-stir and TIG welding. Markets served include residential building and construction, renewable energy, distribution, industrial and consumer durables, commercial and mass transportation and automotive. Precision extrusions are available for the aerospace, medical, electronics and defense industries. Extrusions meet ASTM standards and Mil-A-265F Types II and III.
