Manufacturer of custom continuous horizontal blenders & mixers including single-agitator mixers, twin-agitator mixers, intermeshing-agitator mixers & cryogenic mixers. Liquids with particulates & low viscosity slurries are mixed in single-agitator or double-agitator mixers & can be fitted with ribbon, paddle or solid flight agitators. Continuous horizontal mixers can be customized for direct steam injection, steam or water jackets to heat & cook. They can also be configured with a cryogenic option to cool or chill product while being mixed & conveyed. Twin-agitator mixers are used for cheese products, dough mixes, pasty fillings, concentrated soups & viscous sauces. Intermeshing-agitator mixers are used for rehydrating potato flakes, blending wetted flour formulations & wet & dry ingredient combinations. Lab models range from 10 lbs. to 200 lbs. batches & production models range from 250 lbs. to 14,000 lbs. batches. Continuous models vary in size dependent on product.
