Contract manufacturing of powdered metal parts molds for OEM applications, including precision gears, mechanical parts, assemblies, soft magnetic components, timing pulleys, and self-lubricating bearings. Capabilities include complex close tolerances, high volume production runs, sinter harden steel and multi-level parts. Ferrous and non-ferrous metals, soft magnetic metals, soft magnetic composites (SMC) and low expansion alloys are available for use in the powdered metal process.
