Full width roller Span-Track, gravity conveyor or flow bed drops-in to new or existing pallet rack structure to convert static into dynamic storage. Product flow is created by installing roller tracks, gravity conveyor or wheel tracks into rack structures. Carton flow components available in several widths and track lengths are pitched to create gravity flow moving product from load point to pick point. Smaller carton flow systems utilize stand alone carton flow units such as roller rack light duty structure comprised of 1& 3/4 in. square tubing delivering 1,000# per level load capacity for a 6 foot wide bay. Roller Rack pallet rack structure incorporates carton flow into select pallet rack (typically floor level) with pallet storage above. The framework consists of 1& 5/8 in. x 3 in. uprights & 3 in. box beam as standard, delivering 2,500# per level load capacity for an 8 ft. wide bay.
