Anodizing services include a boric-sulfuric acid anodizing (BSAA) line that utilizes tanks measuring 40 feet long by 5 feet wide by 12 feet deep. BSAA is an environmentally friendly anodizing replacement for chromic acid anodizing (CAA.) that has been approved for use on aluminum by the major aerospace OEMs. The processing lines have been designed to handle large parts as well as high quantities of small parts. Flexible racking systems, combined with this processing equipment, enable pretreat, anodize & coated parts ranging in size from one inch to 40 feet long. Fully automated, plc-controlled phosphoric acid anodizing (PAA) line can handle parts nine feet long by four feet wide. Boric-Sulfuric Acid Anodizing per BAC 5632, Phosphoric Acid Anodizing per BAC 5555, SS8482 & ASTM 3933-98, Sulfuric Acid Anodizing per MIL-A-8625 TYPE II, Chromic Acid Anodizing per MIL-A-8625 Type 1, BAC 5019, MPS 160-010, PPS32.01, DPS11.01 & SS8483, Alodine Chemical Conversion Coating per MIL-DTL-5541F, BAC 5719, MPS 160-20, CSFS027, PPS32.01, MIL-C-81706 & SS8486.
