Capable of handling parts up to 10 in. length with dia. up to 4.75 in., thickness up to 0.001 in. and +/-0.0001 in. tolerance. Finishes include bright, satin, etch satin, matte, antique, enamel and double and triple anodized. Pre-anodize operations include acid rinsing, solvent degreasing, spray washing and aqueous and ultrasonic cleaning. Testing abilities include abrasion resistance, adhesion, coating thickness, coating weight and salt spray. RoHS compliant. Meets ASTM B117-07-salt spray, ASTM B136-84 and ASTM B244-97 standards.
