Wall thicknesses range from .080 in. to .375 in. Material capabilities include high impact polystyrene (HIPS), HDPE, PP, polycarbonate, ABS and engineering grade resins. Extruded cores can be manufactured with keys, keyways, fins, grooves or can be notched. Dual extruded cores also available. For injection molded cores tight tolerances are available.
