Snake type decambers are suited to narrow strip materials of up to one inch thick, of any metallic material ranging from soft copper to Inconel. On average snake type units convert .020 in. camber, left or right, in 12 in. (1 part error in 600) to .001 in. camber in 12 in. (1 part error in12,000). Units available as pullthrough or powered versions with MNR series motorized pinchrolls. Tiltroll units are available in automatic powered decambers that correct their own mistakes, customized for a wide range of material & widths. All tiltroll machines produce a reduction in thickness of the treated side edge of .0001 in.
