Plastic Wall Panels

Plastic wall panels come in different textures and complexity depending on your application and whether it is for interior or exterior use. They are useful as general purpose wall partitions, fencing, enclosures, display walls, and security walls. You can often find them in use in green houses and other commercial facilities such as water treatment plants and clean rooms. Obviously you can have different sizes, and they can be custom cut to your desired size and shape. Because appearance and color-coordination with your surrounding facilities is always a consideration, it comes in various colors and can be laminated. As you know, the colors in plastic has a very consistent look. Plastic wall panels are light weight and provide an exceptional strength to weight ratio. Plastics have low electrical and thermal conductivity and provides UV and fire redundancy. With a low coefficient of expansion, they won't expand as metal would when it gets warm. For extra rigidity to the wall panel, some panels may be corrugated, dovetailed, honeycombed, or fiberglass reinforced. Plastic wall panels are easy to install and handle. As in corrugated roofing, you will need certain accessories including nails/rivets, sealants, adhesives, closures, flashing, and filler strips. If you need something custom, advance shops will have engineers that can perform custom extrusions of your panel from different materials. Some will perform mold making, blow molding, injection molding, milling, and so on. You can make your wall panels as novel as you like. Plastics are indeed very versatile.
