Blowers are used for processes such as pneumatic conveying in both vacuum & pressure modes to handle the transfer of dry bulk materials & for the fluidizing, conditioning & blending of materials. Tri-lobe PD blowers & screw compressors are used to convey, boost & compress inert, corrosive & explosive gases found in chemical plants & refineries. Other applications include reverse air dust collectors, pollution control & flue gas desulphurization processes. Vacuum booster blowers are available from 50 to 56000 cfm in either direct drive or belt drive configurations. Rugged drive arrangement for high delta p applications & o-ring construction for leak tightness at high vacuum conditions. High volumetric efficiency to maximize performance; quiet operation. Oil free positive displacement blowers, screw compressors & vacuum pumps offer the lowest maintenance & highest efficiency over the course of the year. They are a combination for diffused air systems & air scour systems. Machines do not require any cooling water.
