Enlarge	Shot Peening Equipment Completely eliminate or significantly reduce masking requirements by blasting through small, accurate nozzles and precisely locating the nozzle with respect to the part. This ensures all of the media hits the part, that the media is not worn through inefficiency and reduces the systems air consumption. Comco uses a highly controlled delivery method for closed-loop peening with all shot materials with selection of pressure and flow, allowing complete optimization of intensity and coverage.

Enlarge	Comco AccuFlo abrasive blaster with Classic Workstation The AccuFlo is the first micro-abrasive blaster to incorporate the patented Simoom® Technology - a redesigned modulator, aerodynamic tank and PowderGate® valve. The added flexibility and enhanced powder flow control allow a wider range of applications to be performed with the unit. Comco has engineered an innovative system of mixing air and abrasive to improve flow consistency. Our aerodynamically designed mixing chamber minimizes directional changes in the powder flow. This enables the AccuFlo® to deliver smoother and more consistent micro-abrasive blasting.
