Since 1959, A.E. Aubin Company has been developing equipment designed to meet the specific requirements of the metal finishing industry. Our research and development activities have often been undertaken in response to needs for small parts finishing expressed by people in the industry. The resulting A.E. Aubin products have proven to be better ways to handle a variety of metal finishing operations, including tumbling, ship separating, processing, stripping, coating, cleaning and abrasive blasting.

We offer a full line of micro abrasive sandblasting equipment and abrasive blasting cabinets. Our More... micro abrasive blaster is a low-cost system with quality features such as a heavy-duty stainless steel canister, quick-change tungsten-carbide nozzles and a full-pressure feed system for optimum cutting action. We produce portable, bench-top abrading stations for a wide range of applications from fine instrument cleaning and finishing to dental component finishing. All have safety glass windows and some have built-in recycling abrading pencils. These blasting cabinets are designed to work with a variety of media, for finishes from matte to bright.

A.E. Aubin also produces a line of eight vibratory tumblers, ranging from a low-cost model, used by hobbyist s as well as commercially, to a portable mass finishing work center. Bowl capacities vary from .10 cu. ft. to .75 cu. ft. Our industrial vibratory tumblers are equipped with heavy-duty drive systems that include convenient amplitude adjustment. The mass finishing center will handle a myriad of applications, including deburring, descaling , flash removal, cleaning, polishing and burnishing.

Our rotary tumblers provide efficient and economical rotation of tumbler barrels and separator baskets for finishing small parts. All have electric power units, and several barrels and baskets are available for gentle action, lifting and folding and separating and drying. Designed for bench-top use, each rotary tumbrels requires less than 2 sq. ft. of space. They are ideal for operations as varied as deburring, etching, tripping, cleaning, polishing and coating.

The final portion of the A.E. Aubin product line consists of Speed Brite jewelry cleaners that utilize an ionic process which is different from traditional ultrasonic cleaners. Our cleaning systems instantly remove oxidation from gold and tarnish from silver and are safe for all stones and diamonds. The automatic cleaning cycle is completed in just one minute. Less

Jewelry Cleaners
The Speed Brite Jewelry Cleaning System utilizes an ionic process, which is safer than traditional ultrasonic cleaners. Clean gold and silver, emeralds, opals, pearls and all other porous stones, safely and in just one minute. These ionic cleaning machines also remove tarnish. This machine does not remove metal, uses neither ammonia nor acid, and does not require heat. Three models are available: 100SB, 200SB and 309SB. Tank capacities are 6 oz., 12 oz. and 36 oz. respectively.
