Interior Maintenance Company, Inc. (IMC) was founded in 1973 by the current owners, Charles and Maria Mongiello, for the purpose of providing quality specialty contract cleaning services for commercial facilities. Over the years, IMC has grown to become one of the premier facility maintenance organizations in the Greater Philadelphia area. With the addition of Commercial Air Conveyance System Cleaning Services in 1990, IMC now provides a unique and full array of remediation services which can address any aspect of indoor environmental More... maintenance.

IMC's dedication to the highest quality service for their customers starts with its commitment to their employees. All employees undergo a complete in house training program including safety training, classroom training, and video training. Coupled with the most sophisticated mechanical equipment, this provides a foundation for service excellence.
