Abtex Corporation has expanded its Tri-Ten planetary head deburring system to include a return-to-operator (RTO) configuration. The Tri-Ten series is designed to deburr both sides of a part in a single pass, and all previous systems had been flow-through configurations.

Abtex Corporation has introduced a new fiber abrasive brush that can deburr surfaces on multiple levels. The companys unique manufacturing process allows for the specification of long trim brushes with infinitely variable filament density and trim trim length.
November 12, 2008 — Abtex Expands Its Short Part Deburring System Capability
Abtex Corporation has increased the maximum part length that its double-head, flow-through, short part deburring system can deburr. In response to customer requests and reported application requirements, this popular system can now deburr parts ranging in length from 1 inch to 7.5 inches. The maximum length had been 4.5 inches.
November 12, 2007 — Abtex Corporation Introduces Wet Deburring System
Last year, Abtex Corporation introduced a dry process Tri-Ten deburring system that deburrs both sides of a flat part in a single pass. This year, the company has expanded the Tri-Ten Series to include a system that deburrs parts in a wet environment.
January 5, 2007 — Abtex Corporation Introduces Flexible New Deburring Center
Abtex Corporation has introduced a new deburring system that uses the company's own planetary deburring head. The Tri-Ten Series, named for its three 10-inch brushes per head, is capable of deburring both sides of a flat part in a single pass without flipping it.
