Label Applicator Accommodates a Range of Label Sizes Without Tools
The ID Technology Model ST1000 is a full featured label applicator that is now available with a tamp application module that needs no tools to change from label sizes ranging from 1.5"x1.5" up to 4"x5". Airless Labeling System
ID Technology has designed a printer applicator corner-wrap labeling system that does not require factory air. Instead, vacuum is created by an electric fan to hold the label in place prior to label application. After the label is printed using a thermal transfer print engine, the label is held onto a pivoting vacuum grid attached to a follow along roller. This labeling module applies the label to the side and around the leading corner of a case or carton as the box travels along a conveyor. |  |

The Model 450W is a high speed wipe-on Label Printer Applicator that applies labels 30-40% faster than standard tamp style applicators. The wipe-on module uses fans to create the vacuum needed to hold the label in place prior to application.
