Full offering of value added services including plating, painting, silk screening, hole punching, machining for truly a one-stop-shop experience saving both time & money. Precision deep draw metal forming ability to hold very tight tolerances, plus/minus .003 on diameter & plus/minus .005 on wall thickness. Draw capabilities up to 84 in. in length & 12 in. in diameter. Draw process allows for multiple wall thicknesses within a single formed part. Materials include aluminum, copper, brass, mild cold rolled steel, to name a few. Instrumentation knobs high quality precision molded of ABS plastic in a variety of styles & configurations. Accessories include skirts, caps & rings. Value added services include silk screen printing. Novelty cans seamless tin plated steel containers in sizes ranging from 1/16 oz to 32 oz in both flat & deep configurations. Featuring silver & gold with other special colors available. Value added services include layer-packing, pad printing & embossing.
