We’ve been a leading Chicago-area manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions for 43 years. In the early days, we made windows in a 3,000 square-foot building. We now boast a 500,000-square-foot complex, where we make a wide range of custom aluminum products. Unlike most extruders, we produce fabricated finished parts—that is, we handle every step in producing an extruded piece: including design assistance, extrusion, fabrication, finishing (anodizing or painting), and delivery.

Our customers use our aluminum extrusions in a wide variety of products.

Building products: These include windows, doors, accessories, and (shown here) folding partitions and operable walls. Because parts for building products are both decorative and functional, a first-rate finish is crucial.

Displays: Common products include point-of-purchase displays, restaurant menu boards, and signage. Parts are extruded, miter-cut, and notched, stamped, and anodized, then formed into a rectangle. The two-piece frame is then riveted and assembled with the electrical components, ready for installation.
