Laser cutting services for the medical, aerospace, military, automotive & electronics industries. Process applications include microvia (uVia), routing, skiving, & micro machining. Laser processing of both rigid & flexible circuit board (PCB) dielectrics & chemistries such as KaptonŽ, polyimide, FR4, Isola , Getek , Nelco , Hitachi , Rogers , Gore , RCC, LCP, ceramics, soldermask, speedboard, epoxy, polyester, TeflonŽ, MylarŽ, DuroidŽ, acrylics, BT resins, Ultralam, PEEK™, PTFE, FEP & BCB. Other materials laser ablated include aluminum, copper, gold, silver, titanium, molybdenum, stainless steel, nickel, steel, platinum, tungsten, composites, plastics, ceramic & foam. Capabilities include 20 plus tools encompassing 266nm, 352nm, 355nm, 532nm, 1064nm, 9.3um, 9.4um, & 10.6um wavelengths with a positional tolerance of +/-.0005 in. & a dimensional tolerance of +/-.001 in.
