Abrasive waterjet cutting capabilities cutting thicknesses up to 12 in. thick, along with drilling holes as small as .030 in. in diameter, tolerances of plus/minus .003 in. & work envelope sizes ranging up to 156 in. x 360 in. Value-added services include welding, drilling, tapping, deburring, PEM stud insertion, custom assembly, machining, finishing, heat treating & forming. With the new finishing machinery, Fedtech is able to finish even more parts after they have been waterjet or laser cut; in half the time that hand finishing takes.
