1. May 5, 2008 — Airgas Acquires A&N Plant; Will Integrate with North American-based Red-D-Arc
   RADNOR, PA - April 7 , 2008 -- Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today announced it has acquired A&N Plant, a European-based supplier of new and reconditioned rotating, positioning, and welding equipment for sale and rent. The business generated approximately $20 million in revenues for the year ended June 30, 2007.
2. March 11, 2008 — Airgas to Showcase Analytical and Life Science Labs at PITTCON 2008
   RADNOR, PA - March 3, 2008 - Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG), the largest U.S. distributor of specialty gases and equipment, will highlight its "Engineering the Right Solutions" approach at the 2008 Pittsburgh Conference (PITTCON) being held at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA from March 3-6.
3. March 11, 2008 — Airgas Acquires Northeast Gas Technologies Ltd. Based in Albany, New York
   RADNOR, PA - March 3, 2008 - Airgas, Inc., (NYSE: ARG) today announced it has acquired the assets and operations of Northeast Gas Technologies Ltd., an Albany, NY-based distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related supplies. The acquired business, with five locations in upstate New York and Vermont, generated $10 million in revenues in 2007.
4. March 4, 2008 — Airgas Acquires Industrial Ammonia Operations of Pacific Diazo Products, Inc.
   RADNOR, PA - January 2, 2008 - Airgas, Inc., (NYSE: ARG) today announced it has acquired the assets and operations of Pacific Diazo Products, Inc., (PDP), a distributor of aqua ammonia, anhydrous ammonia, and related products and services. Effective, December 31, 2007, its operations have been integrated into Airgas Specialty Products, a leading national distributor of industrial ammonia products and services, various process chemicals, and refrigerants.
5. March 3, 2008 — Airgas Study Reveals Disaster Preparedness Concerns and Misconceptions
   RADNOR, PA - November 30, 2007 - Airgas Puritan Medical, the medical business of Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG), today reported survey results showing that while most hospital respiratory therapy directors said their hospitals had a dedicated supply of portable oxygen cylinders for a disaster or pandemic, most said they have less than 24 hours of oxygen to meet a surge need. Most of those surveyed also are counting on suppliers to replenish oxygen supplies within six hours after a disaster.
6. March 3, 2008 — Airgas Acquires Merriam-Graves Corporation Operating in New England and New York
   RADNOR, PA - February 4, 2008 - Airgas, Inc., (NYSE: ARG) today announced it has acquired Merriam-Graves Corporation, an independent distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related supplies operating in 25 locations in New England and New York. The acquired business generated $47 million in revenues in 2007.

9. February 28, 2008 — Airgas Acquires Smith Welding/Bayer Welding Near Detroit
   RADNOR, PA - January 2, 2008 - Airgas, Inc., (NYSE: ARG) today announced it has acquired the assets and operations of Smith Welding Supply & Equipment, Inc. and its affiliated company, Bayer Welding Supply, LLC. Effective December 31, 2007, six acquired locations in the Detroit area have been integrated with Airgas Great Lakes, one of the regional companies within Airgas.
10. February 28, 2008 — Airgas Acquires Wright Welding in Iowa, Basin Welding in Texas, and Mainland Welding in BC
    RADNOR, PA - December 3, 2007 -- Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today announced it has acquired Wright Welding Supply, Inc., an industrial gas and welding supply distributor headquartered in Des Moines, IA, and two other distributors in Texas and British Columbia. All three transactions closed effective December 1, 2007, adding a total of $22 million in acquired annual sales.
