Digital flexographic printing plates are made with hybrid screening which produces a high quality flexographic printing plate with printable dots as low as 0.5 percent at 200 LPI. Available digital flexo plate up to 40 in. x 47 in. The analog method uses a negative laid over a raw photopolymer plate to burn the image with up to 133 line screen, this plate is then washed out in solvent. Molded rubber is the traditional way of making a rubber printing plate where a master engraving is made & the rubber is vulcanized to copy the master exactly which offers durability & extremely long life spans. Available in natural & synthetic rubber plates to meet specific needs. Supplier of hot stamping dies & embossing dies to the printing industry. Hot stamping & embossing dies come in 11 point, 16 gauge, 1/4 in. thick using refrigerator cooling resulting in tight shoulders. Waterwash flexo printing plates are utilized for numerous applications specifically used in waterless applications. Letterpress, dry-offset, waterwash flexo & UV coating.
