Enlarge	Postal Totes We extrude the plastic ourselves, then begin the process of making and cutting the corrugated sheets. These sheets are run through a machine called a ‘die cutter’ that cuts and shapes the tote. We fold them, weld them with our sonic heat welders, and presto…the infamous USPS tote.
