Manufacturer of TRIACS, silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR), high temperature, rectifiers, solid state relays, bridge rectifiers & thyristor modules. Silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR) are used for AC switching. Tyristor modules include two circuits used singly or as power control building blocks. Bridge rectifiers & diodes allow 2500 V root mean sq. isolation from terminals to ceramic base. TRIACS feature plastic tube & bulk packaging, alternistor /no snubber versions for inductive loads & logic level for use with microcontroller & low level devices. Solid state electrical relays are compatible with OAC type I/O modules. Applications include motor control, voltage regulation, welding equipment, low frequency freewheel, battery isolation & capacitive filter soft start. UL listed.
