For over 30 years, Airotronics has been designing and building electronic timers and controls and supplying them to OEMs and distributors. During that time we have earned an enviable reputation for quality and reliability, by consistently meeting or exceeding the requirements of our customers. We started with the 8 and 11 pin magnal and quick connect plug-in style timer. Then we expanded our range to include the 2" x 2" solid state cube. In 1986 we introduced our innovative CMOS relay output cube, still in a 2" x 2" format but capable of handling loads up to 20 amps or 1.5 HP without heat sinking. These units do all that can be done by a plug-in timer, but in less space and at lower cost. The most recent introduction is our microprocessor-based controllers which provide a high degree of sophistication for those who need to control multiple inputs and outputs.

All of our products are designed, engineered and manufactured at a modern air-conditioned facility located in Cazenovia, New York. Our standard range is shown in this publication but most of our sales are adaptations of these units. Since we customize our units to suit your application, you do not have to modify your product to suit our standard units. Our sales people establish your exact requirements and when necessary, put you in touch with one of our application engineers so that we can adapt an existing unit or design a new product to your satisfaction. Airotronics uses a CAD system to produce wiring diagrams, circuit designs and manufacturing drawings. Our manufacturing process includes semi-automatic insertion machines, soldering and testing. To help us provide you with the best possible lead times, we have a state-of-the-art computerized MRP system to optimize our material and labor usage and manage our inventories.

Our quality standards are high.each and every product is performance-tested twice before we ship it to our customers. Since we design and build quality into our products, we enjoy a very low warranty return rate. Most of our product is UL recognized or CSA approved. When a new design is created, and agency approval required, the process is greatly facilitated because we know and understand the requirements of these agencies.
