Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc., (DHT) offers a full range of products and services to satisfy all your shell & tube heat exchanger needs. Our facility is equipped and staffed to provide you with the shell & tube heat exchanger that best meets your specifications and special heat transfer application requirements. For over sixty years, DHT has served customers worldwide in commercial, residential and industrial markets. Materials of construction include high temperature and corrosion resistant copper alloys, titanium monel, stainless steels, high nickel and copper alloys, hastelloy, and many others. Shell & tube heat exchangers are available in horizontal and vertical tube designs. "U" tube designs are stress relieved at the bend area. Standard shell sizes ranges from 3" to 40" O.D. and up to 40' in length. DHT heat exchangers are manufactured to the most demanding standards including 3A, ASME, TEMA and API.
DHT manufactures and stocks direct replacement units for many OEM designs such as Joy, Elliot, and Ingersoll Rand's XLE and PL12 series intercoolers and aftercoolers. DHT can design and duplicate any manufacturer's heat exchangers including OEM, obsolete, hard-to-find, or specially-engineered units.
Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers:
The advantages of Brazed Plate heat exchangers include high heat transfer coefficient, and small unit size with high heat transfer capacity. Brazed plate heat exchangers consist of stainless steel plate packs, which have embossed chevron patterns.
Heating and Cooling Coils:
Diversified Heat Transfer has been manufacturing, engineering and designing heating and cooling coils for over 30 years. Diversified designs and duplicates coils that are specifically engineered, obsolete or produced by other manufacturers for HVAC and industrial applications.

Water Coils - chilled and hot water coils available; Direct Expansion Coils - evaporator and condenser coils available; Steam Coils - standard steam and steam distributing coils available, coils using over 100 psi steam require 90/10 cupronickel tube; and Specialty & Custom Coils - coils can be manufactured using various materials to meet the design application, application requiring 1000 psi steam or 3000 F dry bulb are not uncommon.
• Tube materials consist of copper, 90/10 cupronickel, stainless steel or carbon steel. Standard diameters range from 3/8" to 1" O.D.; using 0.018" to 0.065" wall.
• Casings are constructed of galvanized, copper, stainless or carbon steel plate. 16 gauge plate is standard, but thickness up to 8 gauge is available.
• Fins can be either plate or helical (I-footed or solder bonded). Materials consist of aluminum, copper or carbon steel. Fin spacing is available from 4 to 14 fins per inch.
Techtanium Indirect Water Heaters:
This indirect water heater works with any hydronic heat source for domestic hot water - supplies abundant hot water. Featuring an exterior steel jacket with powder coat paint, polyurethane foam for outstanding insulation, carbon steel tank and all models are supplied with two magnesium anti-corrosion anodes.
Replacement Tube Bundles:
Tube bundles are available in a wide variety of designs and materials of construction. In-house bending equipment assures high quality and fast turnaround. Features include: 3/8 to 1-1/4 in OD tube in stock, smooth, integral and applied fin tubes, straight or "U" Tube designs, turn around for new and replacement order faster than the OEM.
