Abtex Corporation has expanded its Tri-Ten planetary head deburring system to include a return-to-operator (RTO) configuration. The Tri-Ten series is designed to deburr both sides of a part in a single pass, and all previous systems had been flow-through configurations.

Abtex Expands Its Short Part Deburring System Capability
Abtex Corporation has increased the maximum part length that its double-head, flow-through, short part deburring system can deburr. In response to customer requests and reported application requirements, this popular system can now deburr parts ranging in length from 1 inch to 7.5 inches. The maximum length had been 4.5 inches.

March 20, 2003 — Abtex Corporation Introduces Bradex® Flow-Through Deburring System for Short Parts Abtex Corporation has introduced a big machine for short parts. With one pass, the Bradex® semi-automatic double head flow-through system simultaneously deburrs both ends of short extrusions, measuring from 1"-3" in length. To date, Bradex end deburring systems have built to debur parts up to 60" long.
