Features a sandwich heater, an adjustable clamping frame & hydraulic power systems. Automatic control timers adjust for accurate timing from 3 seconds to 60 minutes with a press of a button. Features a twin-heater feature, which allows the use of plastic up to 3/4 in. thick. The sandwich ven, combined with a dual platen, makes this machine best suited for very deep draw forms such as refrigerator liners, tubs, & camper tops. Plug-in assist is also available. The frame is easily adjusted to accommodate a wide range of sheet sizes from 1 ft. x 2 ft. to 4 ft. x 8 ft. Specialty bonding utilizing PS 30 glue joints as well as standard solvent joints.
