Manufacturer, Custom Manufacturer
Manufacturer of The Classifier Mills BM-CLM that are available in three production sizes & one laboratory size. They are explosion pressure shock proof up to 10 bar overpressure. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. BM-CLM range of Classifier Mills, combine milling & classifying in one machine. The grinding stage comprises an impact mill with triangular grinding baffle, followed by a classification stage, which consists of a standard BM-ACL Classifier Top. Classification works on the rejector wheel principle & with a variety of rotors to suit different tasks, enables classifying of dry powder up to fine & superfine standards. Feedstock is introduced with the air stream directly into the milling stage. The milled product is then passed on to the classifier for grading. Coarse material is returned for re-milling. The fine product is pneumatically-conveyed to a suitable separator. The classifier's cut point is set using the speed controls on the classification wheel. The mill rotor is also speed regulated, enabling effective control of the gradient of the particle size distribution. To provide easy access for inspection & maintenance, the top of the classifier unit with the classifying rotor can be opened by a hydraulic system.
