Overview: This case study details how Blow-ThruŽ Space Heaters custom designed by Cambridge addresses the challenges of maintaining low humidity and good air/heat
circulation to prevent flash rust on finished steel, at a Steel Plant in Indiana. The requirements that had to be addressed by the CambridgeŽ heating equipment installed at the steel plant facility are listed, illustrating the various system components and their functions. The paper states how the system respond to cold air drafts from open doors and avoid interference with the crane. System's capabilities such as maintenance of consistently even temperatures throughout the building and lowering total cost of ownership are also highlighted.
