COVID-19 Response Suppliers

We are currently supplying products for COVID-19 response. Skilled in sewing manufacturing and die cut press capabilities, we are presently constructing masks, gowns (PPE), ventilator heat shields and body bags among other custom items.

We can provide plastic materials for the production of in-demand PPE and other COVID-19 response related products. We also can change our manufacturing to what is needed such as masks. Lead times of less than a week.

In support of the COVID-19 response, we are pivoting to manufacture sneeze guards and face masks. KN95 respirators, isolation gowns, thermometers and gloves also available.

Manufacturer of face shields and face masks.We can manufacture clear plastic face shields and have material on hand to do so. During the initial COVID outbreak we manufactured and distributed a large number of these face shields within Michigan.We also designed and tooled up a reusable plastic face mask that holds filters in the front that can be changed as needed. Our mask is made from a soft pliable FDA approved proprietary plastic material that creates a seal around the face so the air that is breathed in has to pass through the filtration material. This creates a much more effective level of protection than the common masks being worn today. The typical mask does not seal to the face so viruses and other matter can circumvent the mask making them much less effective.

To assist businesses during the COVID-19 crisis, we can provide transportation/logistical support in a timely and safe manner. We have access to a large network of drivers that can transport supplies to any region in the continental U.S.
