UV Source has specialized in manufacturing high-intensity ultraviolet spot-curing systems since 1988. Because of their reliability and consistency of operation, these systems continue to provide the market with stable, economically priced and efficient products.

The most popular application for our systems is bonding substrates together using UV-curable adhesives. These bonds are stronger than conventional adhesive bonds using epoxy or heat-cured glues. Companies currently using solvent-based glues and adhesives for spot gluing are candidates for a change to environment-friendly, solventless UV chemistries.

We have built an international customer base because we believe that customer service should be our industry’s priority. Our equipment is easy to maintain and offers features such as a “pop-off” lid for easy lamp replacement and controlled cooling for long machine life.
