Capabilities / Services

Progressive Die Stamping
Progressive stamping offers a number of benefits when manufacturing high-volume, complex stamped parts. Advantages include faster turnaround, low labor costs, high repeatability and complex geometry capabilities.
Fourslide Stamping
A fourslide stamping machine has four slides; meaning up to four different tools - one per slide - can be used to achieve multiple bends simultaneously. This can eliminate the need for costly secondary machining services and can perform quick, smooth bends for complex pieces without sacrificing quality.
Metal Stamping
Whether you need volumes of 1,000 or 20 million, ESI is equipped to handle your project. Operating presses with tonnage ranging from 5 to 150 tons, we can produce components in a variety of sizes and shapes and hold metal stamping tolerances as tight as .001". For more information about our high-volume stamping capabilities.
Tool-Die-Capabilities
From die sets to progressive dies, our full toolmaking services include a team of experts with highly refined skills for even the most complex dies.
Custom-Engineered-Fasteners
When customers come to us with a sophisticated assembly project, it can demand specialty industrial fasteners with proprietary threads. ESI offers custom engineered fasteners to complete your project’s assembly.
Assembly
Our automated assembly capabilities leverage complex, application-specific technology that incorporate precision vision inspection on every single part.
Production-Stamping
Cutting-edge automation equipment for precision metal stamping and assembly eliminates labor costs and delivers the highest level of quality assurance.
