CS Hyde Company offers two die-cutting methods as part of our die cutting service; cut-to-liner and cut-through. We can custom cut most of the materials we carry including PTFE coated tapes and fabrics, Kapton®, PEEK, Silicone rubber, sponge and foam, fiberglass, PVDF, 3M transfer tapes, and many more. We can also cut customer supplied materials to tight tolerances; let us know what you have. Some of the most common die-cut shapes we produce are discs, washers, gaskets, bumpers, and squares.
CS Hyde Company is proud of our ability to laminate high quality single or double sided adhesive products. Products laminated with adhesive are easy to apply; cost effective and less time-consuming than materials requiring rivets or fasteners. Our advanced lamination technology works with a broad range of materials up to 60" wide, and between .001" and 1" thick on some applications.
CS Hyde Company's slitting services feature the use of high-speed, computerized, top of the line slitting equipment. We can maintain super-tight tolerances of (±) 1/32" or tighter depending on the material, and can slit substrates with or without adhesives. Our equipment, in combination with years of operator experience, is capable of producing cut rolls from .125" wide up to 60", and ranging from .0005" to .060" in thickness. With no minimum quantities for in stock materials.
Our high-speed, automated sheeting services can be used on material measuring from .001" to .03" in thickness with a minimum length and width measurement of just three inches. We can maintain tight tolerances on width and length down to (±) 1/16 of an inch. We can also sheet materials that are adhesive coated on one or both sides and non-adhesive coated. We have the ability to place kraft paper liners between each sheet to prevent wrinkles or static cling that may occur during processing.

August 19, 2011 - Aluminum Foil Discs come in convenient pre-cut sizes (1/4", ½". ¾", 1", 2" 3") so you can easily cover small areas and holes during paint stripping and electroplating. Great as a moisture and dust barrier. Foil Discs make excellent Reflective Target for laser or optical beams. Easy to store, handle & apply. Very flexible and conformable. Discs are thermally conductive, heat and light reflective, flame resistant, outdoor weatherable and can help dampen vibration.

August 19, 2011 - CS Hyde Company announces a new product line of Kevlar® 8 oz. woven fabric. Kevlar® is 60" wide and sold by the lineal foot. Kevlar® is high heat resistant, cut resistant and very strong. It is difficult to ignite, does not propagate flame and decomposes at 900ºF. This Kevlar® is not bullet-proof.
